On December 2021, I took on a new role as p/t Executive Director of St. Thomas Executives Association. You can find STEA on Facbook at https://www.facebook.com/search/top?q=st.%20thomas%20executives%20association%20-%20stea

I also serve as Fiction Critique Group Moderator for Elgin Writers Guild, https//www.elginwriters.ca.

I acted for over five years, 2016 through 2021, as Executive Director with Elgin-St. Thomas Community Foundation Click here to visit the ESCF website.

My wife Nancy and I sold St. Thomas Elgin Weekly News and Elgin This Month to Metroland (Torstar) in 2012, and I continued as general manager until October 31, 2014.

Unfortunately, The Weekly News and Elgin This Month were closed in the Great Newspaper Swap between Postmedia and Torstar in late 2017. But This Month In Elgin rose from the ashes and is now owned and operated by The Aylmer Express with sales in the capable hands of Greg Minnema.

And I’m currently having fun writing a light column for a local magazine called Boomers and Beyond.
